The week I received my first annual review! As of April 6th, I am no longer considered a "new graduate" I am now a "new registered RN"! I am shocked and amazed that I survived! The year has been extremely hard and challenging, filled with a great deal of self doubt and anxiety. But as I look back I can see how much I've grown, not just with nursing but in life. I have been getting a lot of practice making adult decisions and having responsibilities, yikes! I'm grateful the year is done, here's to year #2!
